Focus reality has been a great place to rent through. I've been with them for several months now and they have been great. The property manager I have has just been great. She has been prompt with any issues I have had at the house (none to serious) and been right on getting it fixed! She has been more than helpfully and understanding with rent. As I have to pay my rent in 2 payments every month and not within the first 5 days of the month She has helped with my late fees as they would be adding on an extra 300$ a mo th!! Don't know what these people are saying about poor maintenance? They are on the ball , always !! Love that you can schedule for fixing easy . They always answer the phone even on the days they are closed . Very pleasant staff !!!

I appreciate Focus Realty and Management. They are very professional, efficient, and reliable. They are friendly and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and their contractors. I would seek to do business with this company and its team in the future.

Lived there for 1 years. As landlords they are pretty cool and good, however my biggest issues with them is that whenever we would make some type of appointment they would always reschedule. So say we schedule something for Friday, on Friday they would give me a call and ask to reschedule. But the funny thing is for some reason they always show up the second time and never reschedule the second time. I like that I can easily text or email them. But I got my full security deposit back, I did clean everything before I left but I'm pretty happy with my experience with Focus Reality as my landlord.
