Sean Lahr

Co-Owner

Sean Lahr, a licensed real estate agent and property manager at Focus Realty and Management, is passionate about serving his community and helping others succeed. After purchasing his first rental property at 18 following his Army National Guard deployment, Sean uses his personal real estate experience to guide investors and clients toward growth and success.

Miranda LeMaster

Real Estate Agent

Miranda LeMaster is a licensed real estate agent and property manager who started with Focus as an investor before joining the team. She leverages her deep understanding of investors' needs and her compassionate approach to help clients achieve their portfolio goals and provide stable housing for both buyers and renters.

Megan

Leasing Coordinator

Megan found her passion in the leasing world in 2019. She loves connecting with prospective applicants and working with them to move into their new home as quickly as they need it. She is well-versed in the leasing process, and is eager to help out all who apply to a Focus Rental.

Residential Relations Coordinator

Mara Raquel Briagas is an experienced customer support professional with over 5 years of expertise in providing top-notch service. She has a strong background in handling inquiries, detail-oriented, excels in customer service, and has developed skills to ensure smooth processes for both customers and internal teams.

Georgianna

Financial Controller

In June 2024, I became the Financial Controller at Focus Realty and Management, bringing over 10 years of experience in the accounting department of a construction and development company. In my role, I lead the finance team, support internal departments, and communicate with clients. My responsibilities include credit control, accounts payable, cash flow management, and organizational budgeting. I aim to enhance the finance team and processes to effectively support the company's expansion strategy.

The property manager I have has just been great. She has been prompt with any issues I have had at the house (none to serious) and been right on getting it fixed! She has been more than helpfully and understanding with rent. As I have to pay my rent in 2 payments every month and not within the first 5 days of the month She has helped with my late fees as they would be adding on an extra 300$ a mo th!! As landlords they are pretty cool and good, however my biggest issues with them is that whenever we would make some type of appointment they would always reschedule. So say we schedule something for Friday, on Friday they would give me a call and ask to reschedule. But the funny thing is for some reason they always show up the second time and never reschedule the second time. I like that I can easily text or email them. But I got my full security deposit back, I did clean everything before I left but I'm pretty happy with my experience with Focus Reality as my landlord.
